We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Social Media Marketer and Sales Assistant. In this role, you will play a crucial part in expanding our brand presence, increasing customer engagement and supporting our sales efforts..

Responsibilities

  • Social media management.
  • Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Create and publish compelling content across various social media platforms.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback and opportunities to engage with the audience.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Utilise social media analytics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Community building.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with followers, customers and influencers.
  • Foster a sense of community by facilitating conversations and interactions.
  • Collaborate with influencers and brand advocates to amplify our message and reach new audiences.
  • Plan and execute creative campaigns, contests and promotions to drive user engagement.
  • Sales support.
  • Assist the Sales team with lead generation activities including prospect research and outreach.
  • Create sales collateral, presentations and pitch decks to support the sales process.
  • Coordinate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment of messaging and goals.
  • Provide administrative support such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars and preparing reports.
  • Content creation.
  • Develop engaging content including posts, stories, videos and graphics.
  • Ensure content is aligned with brand guidelines and resonates with the target audience.
  • Collaborate with design and copywriting teams to produce high-quality visual and written assets.
  • Analytics and reporting.
  • Track and analyse social media metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Generate reports and insights to inform decision making and optimise performance.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve social media strategies.
  • Cross-functional collaboration.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, product and customer support.
  • Communicate effectively to ensure alignment of goals, messaging and priorities.
  • Contribute ideas and insights to brainstorming sessions and strategy meetings.

Further Information

The Employer is: APP-LOCAL Although this is a part-time temporary opportunity, hours may be extended and it could lead to a permanent position. The job advert may end before the closing date if requested by the employer. Salary: 16/17 £6.40, 18/20yrs £8.60, 21yrs or over £11.44 per hour
