Responsibilities

• Bring together a passion for customers and the determination to recommending & selling our outstanding product range.
• Providing every customer with an exceptional in store experience.
• Taking the time to get to know and understand each customers needs.
• Fully involved in store layout plans and changes, your ideas can make a valued difference.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• You will be self-motivated ideally with a proven track record in sales.
• You will have passion, enthusiasm and the ability to have fun whilst delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Desirable Skills

• Previous furniture retail experience is desirable but not essential.

Further Information

Salary: OTE £35,000 to £40,000 (per annum, uncapped earning potential). Benefits:- Death in service - enrolled after 3 months service. Length of service awards. Generous staff discount. Additional performance bonus. Free on site parking. Smoke break exchange which allows 1 extra day leave each year.
