Payroll Admin
Job description
We are seeking a Payroll administrator to join our team in Praxis Care. The primary duties as a payroll admin will support in expense checking, monitoring mailbox, processing payroll tasks for new starters and leavers and organising correspondence to staff. You will need to be computer literate and comfortable using Microsoft word, excel & outlook. To be good with numbers and can be trusted with sensitive information. Also have great communication skills to interact with colleagues This will a part time role for 2 days/15 hours per week. Days may alternate each week dependent on payroll schedule, would provide rota in advance
Responsibilities
- Checking reports and highlighting issues with relevant staff
- Check hours worked is calculating correctly for employees
- Produce reports from payroll system
- Monitor mailbox and respond accordingly
- Prepare reports for upper management, finance department etc.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- At least 1 years experience in a fast paced office environment
- Proficient in MS Office and good knowledge of relevant software and databases
- Trustworthy with attention to confidentiality
- Excellent communication skills
Desirable Skills
- Outstanding organisational ability with great attention to detail
Further Information
Role will be 2 days per week based in Central Office on the Lisburn Road in Belfast
