Bookkeeper
Job description
Seeking an experienced Book Keeper to join a finance team for a part time role in greater Belfast area. Can be flexible on hours 20-30 hours and offer a Hybrid option.
Responsibilities
- Prepare Service Charge year end accounts.
- Identify and correct mis-posted income and expenditure.
- Post accruals/ prepayments and other year end adjustments.
- Reconcile independently prepared accounts to property management system.
- Issue accounts and service charge certificates.
- Nominal bank account reconciliations.
- Handle queries arising on accounts.
- Prepare reports.
- Ensure Service charges are closed within the agreed time frame.
- Provide cover for other roles and projects as required.
- Credit control.
