Job description
Carry out general reception and administration duties, including Payroll and Vat.
Responsibilities
- Carry out reception duties including filing etc.
- Daily use of Microsoft Word, Excel etc.
- Assisting with Vat/Accounts preparation.
- Submitting Vat Returns.
- Processing payroll.
- Undertake any other duties as required, in order to keep the office running smoothly.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Word etc.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work quickly and accurately.
- Ability to work on own initiative, as well as part of a team.
Desirable Skills
- Experience desirable but not essential, as training will be given.
