Job description

The Employer is: PITCHBOOKING LTD. Initial data gathering on and marketing outreach to potential customers of our software, targeting sports facilities in the UK and Ireland. Document and communicate potential sales leads and scheduling arrangements, working in conjunction with our Sales team. Create and maintain documentation for user guidance, working alongside our customer success team. Help our customer success team handle inbound requests from existing customers of our software.

Responsibilities

• Your primary duties will encompass the initial data collection on potential customers, specifically focusing on sports facilities in the UK and Ireland, and executing targeted marketing outreach.
• Working closely with our Sales team, you will document and communicate potential sales leads, ensuring effective scheduling arrangements.
• Furthermore, in collaboration with our Customer Success team, you'll be responsible for creating and updating user guidance documentation, ensuring a seamless experience for our users.
• Your role will also involve assisting the Customer Success team in addressing inbound requests from our existing clientele, ensuring they receive prompt and efficient support.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• A strong work ethic and some previous experience working in a fast paced environment.
• Demonstrable proficiency in Google Sheets, Gmail - being comfortable using software / computer literate is of importance to the role.
• Strong communication skills who is comfortable working in a team.
• A self starting attitude, who is able to take initiative (particularly if remote working).
• Experience in the sports and leisure industry or technology industry is desirable but not required.

Further Information

The Employer is: PITCHBOOKING LTD. Work time: Flexible, depending on candidate. We envision 3 full days during standard 9.00am - 5.00pm working hours. Although this is a part-time temporary opportunity, hours may be extended, and it could lead to a permanent position. The job advert may end before the closing date if requested by the employer.
