Accounts Assistant / Accounts Technician
Job description
Our client is a London based group of businesses with an immediate need for an experienced Accounts Assistant / Accounts Technician who can join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a group with various business interests reporting into a very experienced Head of Finance.
Responsibilities
- Sales ledger
- Purchase ledger
- Bank reconciliations
- Credit cards reconciliations
- Credit control
- General ledger
- Payroll
- Other ad-hoc finance duties as and when required
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Recent experience working as part of a busy finance team
- Practical knowledge of computerised accounts packages (Sage, QuickBooks, Xero)
- High level of expertise in use of Microsoft Excel
- Ability to multi-task, manage deadlines and workload
- Ability to use own initiative and work to strict deadlines
Further Information
Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
