Job description

To provide a comprehensive Occupational Therapy service within a variety of community settings for adults who may be elderly / physically disabled, and who have further complications, e.g. mental health, terminally ill or progressive conditions. Take a proactive clinical role within the team and contribute to the further development of the Community Occupational Therapy Service. Promote multi-disciplinary working in the integrated teams, within the framework of relevant competencies.

Responsibilities

• To carry a specific caseload to include complex highly complex clients and be responsible for organising and prioritising a varied workload in line with the agreed Trust Priorities, Policies and Procedures and statutory legislation.

Essential Skills

• Degree or Diploma in Occupational Therapy Registration with HCPC on appointment
