Job description

As a Band 6 Audiologist working within NHSCT you will work as part of the Audiology team responsible for the delivery of high quality, evidence based diagnostic and rehabilitative Audiology to the NHSCT population. You will have a level of responsibility for Complex patients commensurate with British Academy of Audiology Scopes of Practice.

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive rehabilitation programme to meet the needs of adult and paediatric patients including those with additional needs.
• Provide clinical advice and assistance to other team members especially in relation to complex adults and general paediatrics,

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Full BAA membership and RCCP current registration OR BSc in Audiology OR BSc in Health Care Science (Audiology) OR Post Graduate qualification in Audiology Have a minimum of 3 years post registration experience working as Band 5 Audiologist
