Job description

We are seeking Spray Painters for one of the UK’s most advanced composites manufacturer based in Lisburn.

Responsibilities

• All activities associated with spray painting
• Achieving required levels of quality and efficiency
• Ensure Manufacturing Processes and safe working practices are adhered to during the process
• Monitoring and reporting all aspect of process performance with any non-conformance being reported immediately to the Business Unit Manager, Flow Coordinator and/or Team Leader
• Maintaining appropriate records required
• The cleanliness of the working areas and equipment
• Constructive contributions to the team so as to ensure continuous improvement
• Minimising waste in terms of both raw materials and product rework
• The scheduling of paint mixes to meet line requirements

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Candidates must have good organisational ability, must be focused on safety.
• Spray Painting experience and good knowledge of spraying
