Job description

This is an operative support role within a growing business that is looking to branch out into other fields. The successful candidate will provide support to the business owner in growing the business. Full training and ongoing support will be provided. This is a potentially great opportunity for someone who is keen on learning about running a business with further possible options going forward.

Responsibilities

• Machinery operative (including forklift).
• Customer service duties.
• Cash handling (minimal).
• Stock management assistance.
• Data management.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Not necessarily experience but a willingness and appetite for growing business.

Desirable Skills

• Forklift licence.

The Employer is: THE FUEL YARD 2 Although this is a part-time temporary opportunity, hours may be extended and it could lead to a permanent position. The job advert may end before the closing date if requested by the employer. Depending on performance, appetite and contribution, there is an opportunity for some level of buy-in to the business by the successful candidate. Wage: 16/17 £6.40, 18/20yrs £8.60, 21yrs or over £11.44 per hour
