The Recruitment Business Partner will be responsible for providing a value added support to the organisation on best practice recruitment and retention processes whilst promoting a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in order to meet organisational requirements. Responsibilities
- Manage and audit the recruitment and retention process, constantly reviewing areas of improvement and identifying areas of risk, with planned initiatives in place to resolve issues and to support the organisation to recruit and retain staff
- Work collaboratively with Managers and other Departments to review alternative ways of recruiting, e.g. Direct Provision Hotels, Sponsorship Schemes
- Develop and manage outreach relationships with schools/colleges/universities/employment agencies to build a strong brand, by attending, developing and running career days/events
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Third level qualification (or equivalent) in any subject and 2 years experience of working in a recruitment role, managing high volume recruitment and selection activities
- Or 3 years experience of working in a recruitment role, managing high volume recruitment and selection activities
