Job description

The HR Officer will be responsible for providing customer focussed, comprehensive and pragmatic HR advice and support to managers and employees in line with organisational policies, procedures and legal requirements also whilst providing administration support to the HR Team. The HR Officer will support the delivery of the People Development and Compliance strategy ensuring that we provide a value added service in order to meet organisational requirements. .

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact in HR providing advice and guidance.
• Contribute to the ongoing development of the People, Development and Compliance Operational Plan in support of Inspire's wider Operational Plan and Strategy.
• Collate information for key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of the HR function and its initiative upon Inspire.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Ability to be flexible and adaptable as the role will involve working at various locations throughout Ireland.
• A full current driving licence and access to a car. Consideration will be given to alternative travelling proposals in respect of applicants with a disability who cannot hold a licence.
• Third level qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline (or equivalent) and 1 years' experience working in a HR Department.
• OR
• 2 years' experience working in a HR Department.
