Responsibilities

  • Our People Operations teams based within our HR Service Delivery Hub in Derry Londonderry provide an exceptional HR service to all Fujitsu employees across UK and Ireland.
  • Responsible for providing first line support consistently across various HR topics and responding to queries from multiple channels such as live chat, HR tickets and customer calls.
  • You will also offer end to end administration for all HR transactional activity across the business spanning the entire employee life cycle.
  • As part of the HR service delivery team, you will learn how our HR function operates enabling you to develop key skills to progress your HR career.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • Comfortable with using multiple IT systems as well as working knowledge of MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to investigative with excellent customer service mindset.
  • Excellent communicator.

Desirable Skills

  • Detail orientated with flair for problem solving.
  • Self-starter attitude with ability to take initiative and contribute as a team member.
