We are seeking an enthusiastic and ambitious individual to join our team as a Junior Social Media Coordinator. This entry-level position offers an exciting opportunity for someone looking to kickstart their career in digital marketing and social media management..

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms including but not limited to, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn.
• Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback and opportunities for engagement.
• Collaborate with the Manager to brainstorm and execute creative campaigns.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and best practices.
• Assist in the management of social media advertising campaigns.
• Track and analyse key performance metrics to measure the success of social media efforts.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging platforms to suggest innovative ideas for social media growth.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Strong passion for digital marketing and social media.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of social media analytics and tools.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Desirable Skills

• Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
