• As the Maintenance Supervisor you will be responsible for liaising with the site manager to ensure ensure company compliance across all sites.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Strong organisational skills.
• Proven experience as Maintenance Manager/ Machine Maintenance Supervisor or other equivalent role.
• Strong ability to analyse, resolve and implement solutions through sound problem solving techniques.
• Familiar working to KPIs.
• Ability to analyse and present data.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including the ability to communicate with all levels of management.
• Demonstrates leadership ability.
