Job description

The employer is: JP CORRY. In this role the trainee will be supporting branch operations both in the yard (outside) & within the trade centre (inside). You will be entitled to annual leave during this job opportunity..

Responsibilities

  • Whether in or out the individual will be delivering exceptional customer service both face to face & over the phone.
  • Advise customers on product & if outside in the yard they will need to load the customers vehicle with their product (manually and FLT).
  • Operating continuously within health & safety parameters, including keeping on top of general housekeeping to allow for a safe place of work.
  • Trade centre involves computer based work to allow the customers to process & pay for orders & also to respond to queries, such as stock availability of a product.
  • Health & safety is still of importance in the trade centre, so housekeeping will also be prevalent to maintain the presentation & stock availability for customer, but a clean & tidy store is also a safe one.
