Job description

Provides prompt, efficient and courteous services guests in the hotel bar area. .

Responsibilities

• Provide service of food and beverage to guests at wedding, functions, private dinners etc
• Maintains a thorough knowledge of the bar menu, wine and beer list and and can promote additional sales accordingly.
• Accurately records and serves guests orders.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• One year's previous experience in a bar/restaurant environment.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills with an outgoing personality.
• Flexible with working hours and available to work days/evenings & weekend shifts
