Job description

The successful candidate must have industry experience in the detailing and design of buildings and be proficient in the use of AutoCAD and Revit. Producing concept plans and working drawings for our SmartBuild range of modular buildings. Must be able to work on their own initiative and be able to produce high quality presentation drawings. Experience in the preparation of planning and working drawing packages including specifications and tender packages to a high standard. Assist in the completion of tenders for a range of construction projects. A good knowledge of construction detailing is important together with knowledge of modern construction methods and Building Regulations. Experience in the use of 3D modelling software, mechanical and electrical design would be advantageous. .

Essential Skills

• Minimum 2 years' experience.
