TL Dallas is one of the UK's leading independent insurance broking and risk management companies. With offices throughout the country, we have a long and distinguished heritage in providing insurance services and solutions. Due to continued expansion we are seeking to employ an Insurance Broker to initially work within our rapidly growing personal lines department. Ideally, candidates should have at least 12 months recent experience working in the insurance industry either in Personal or Commercial Lines, however we will consider candidates with an interest in pursuing a career in Business/Commerce. We will consider applications for full-time and part-time hours..

Responsibilities

  • Dealing with customers by telephone, email and face to face
  • Maintaining customer records accurately and securely
  • Supporting other team members

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • Minimum 5 GCSEs including Maths and English at C or above
  • Effective communication skills
  • Computer literate
  • Willing to learn

Desirable Skills

  • 12 months' experience in the insurance industry
