The employer is: O''HARA SHEARER CHARTERED ACCOUNTANTS & STATUTORY AUDITORS. Book-keeping duties/ Accounts preparation. Data input using both excel and professional accounting software. Training in payroll maintenance using payroll software. Bank analysis. Bank reconciliations. VAT return preparation. HMRC compliance submissions. General office administrative duties. Answering client telephone calls/ directing calls to other staff members. Full training will be given to the suitable candidate in all of the above duties. You will be entitled to annual leave during this job opportunity..

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • GCSE level qualifications specifically in Mathematics and English A to C.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience of working in a busy professional office environment would be an advantage for the suitable candidate.
  • Qualifications relevant to finance and administration would be an advantage for the suitable candidate.
