Responsibilities

• Report writing.
• Following up corrective actions and signing off.
• Monitoring completion of corrective actions.
• Ensuring audit schedule is completed on time.
• Trend analysis.
• Administrative duties and filing of reports and documentary evidence.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• General computer skills including knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent level of written and oral English.
• Good communication skills via telephone, email and in meetings.
• Ability to work in confidential situations.
• Well organised and able to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work on own initiative after instruction.
• Comfortable working in a small team and willing to be flexible in duties.
• Driving licence and access to own transport.

Further Information

The employer is: LON TECH CONSULTING LTD. Salary: 16-17 £4.81, 18-20 £6.83, 21-22 £9.18, 23-24 £9.50 per hour. Work time to be confirmed with employer. Although this is a part-time temporary opportunity hours may be extended and it could lead to a permanent position. The job advert may end before the closing date if requested by the employer. You will be entitled to annual leave during this job opportunity.
