Job description

Deliver excellent customer service, at all times. Take customers food & beverage orders and process them through the EPOS system. .

Responsibilities

• Handling money & payments
• Providing customer service
• Taking food orders
• Delivering & clearing food & beverages to customers efficiently
• Make customers aware of our daily specials or menu offers
• Speak to customers to ensure that they are satisfied with their meals
• Process cash & credit/debit card transactions
• Be aware of your Health & Safety responsibilities
• Carry out instructions given by the management team

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Experience in hospitality

Further Information

Work time: 8 hours per day, days/times to be confirmed Must be available all summer & September onwards. Must be able to work weekends. Suitable for a mature candidate.
