Job description

You will be responsible for keeping on top of dirty dishes, cleaning food preparation areas, equipment and unloading food and equipment deliveries. .

Responsibilities

• Keeping kitchen clean and tidy
• Any duties required by chef carried out
• Keep storeroom organised, clean and tidy, empty bins
• Ensure all work surfaces, wall and floors are sanitised and maintained to a high standard of cleanliness.
