SOS require a member of staff with a keen eye for detail who enjoys working in the outdoors to maintain a variety of properties in the Derry/Londonderry Area. Risk reporting. Litter Picking and outdoor cleansing. Reporting back to management with site requirements. .

Responsibilities

• Litter picking and general outdoor cleansing
• Weed control
• Advise management on site requirements
• Other duties clients may require

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Full UK driving licence
• Punctual
• IT literate
• Good communication skills

Further Information

It is important to our clients that their sites are clean and tidy as well as being safe for the public. Therefore the ideal candidate for this role will ensure sites are as clean as they can possibly be and that any trip hazards or untidiness is reported so this can be addressed. A company vehicle will be provided for working hours.
