Job description

As a Senior Care worker you will be responsible for a team of care workers, ensuring delivery of a high quality domiciliary care service to service users in their own homes. You will assist the office in developing runs and rotas, competing spot checks, risk assessments, mentoring new staff and supporting existing staff and take part in the delivery of services as part of the team. You will also take part in our out of hours on call provision. As an experienced care worker this is an exciting and rewarding next step in your career. .

Responsibilities

• Delivering high quality services.
• Liaising with Office to ensure accountability and consistency.
• Mentoring and Supporting Staff.
• Rota and run development.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Full driving license and access to a car for work purposes.
• Great Communication Skills.
• Flexibility.
• at least 6 months full time (or equivalent) Care Experience.
• Registered with (or eligible to register with) NISCC.
