Job description

We are currently looking an experienced, reliable, enthusiastic, hard working seamstress/tailor for out busy alteration store in Larne, Co Antrim, N.Ireland. .

Responsibilities

• Be able to work independently to production targets
• Making and altering home furnishings and curtains to a very high standard
• Work as part of a small team
• Ability to pin and fit customers clothes in our fitting rooms
• Making alterations to mens and ladies clothing

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• At least 4-5 years experience in a tailoring alterations role
• Have a thorough knowledge of repairs to all types of clothing, formal, casual, evening gowns, wedding dresses and zips

Desirable Skills

• Good communication skills for dealing with customers
• Computer literacy and knowledge of MS suite of products
