Maintenance & Facilities Manager with duties listed below..

Responsibilities

• Leading all technical engineers / maintenance technicians (internal and external) in the delivery of PPM and reactive maintenance services.
• Ensuring legislative and regulatory standards are delivered.
• Maintaining and improving the factory building and overall site in line with budget while overseeing facility layout to maximise efficiency, quality and safety.
• Ensuring all supplier contracts are implemented correctly, cost effectively, and on time.
• Support the implementation of production improvements.
• Contributing and complying with a performance management process for all staff.
• Providing information as required to the Finance Department to enable full reporting, analysis and planning.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• A Degree level education in a relevant discipline
• At least 3 years experience gained in a supervisory / management role within the manufacturing engineering, Maintenance or Facilities Management in a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent people management skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Track record of implementing and driving health and safety improvements within a maintenance/FM role and working knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Strong time management skills with high organisational skills to manage administrative demands.
• Computer literate.

Further Information

Worktime: Monday to Friday.
