Job description

You will be working within a busy office environment and be the main point of contract for your clients handling their move from start to finish. This is a varied role where no day is the same and you will work with both private clients and our trade partners. No removals experience is required and we will provide full training in all aspects of the job role. .

Responsibilities

• Pricing and quoting moves
• Booking and confirming deliveries
• Managing bookings from inquiry to invoice
• Preparing paperwork for the operations team

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent organisational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask
• IT literate with experience in using Microsoft Word and Excel
• Excellent oral and written communication skills essential
• Be enthusiastic and willing to learn
• Have a good telephone manner
• Enjoy working with the public
