Job description
We provide a mixture of the most popular and modern gaming machines available in Northern Ireland, and constantly invest in new equipment to ensure customers are provided with an excellent selection of machines. In this customer service role, you will ensure high levels of housekeeping and presentation throughout the whole location at all times .
Responsibilities
- Ensure high standards of service and hospitality are always delivered to all customers.
- Ensuring Company policies and procedures are adhered to.
- Adhere to Company policies and procedures relating to health and safety, security, and food hygiene.
- Communicate with customers and other staff effectively.
- Maintaining high levels of presentation in all areas of work.
- Be aware of the security of Company property, reporting anything suspicious immediately.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Minimum 1 Year Cash handling experience
- Minimum 1 Year Customer service experience
Desirable Skills
- GSCE or Equivalent
