As a Roadside Motors Aftersales Advisor, you will be working between our parts and service departments, identifying customer requirements, handling enquiries and administration of bookings and associated workshop loading and handing over of completed vehicles, through the delivery of the highest level of customer care..

Responsibilities

• Fulfilling enquiries and orders from retail customers and our own workshop via telephone, face-to-face, e-mail etc.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• It is essential that you are numerate and literate, with an excellent telephone manner and a highly efficient administrative ability.
