Job description

The role of the Residential Project Worker involves creating a living environment that provides a sense of safety, and belonging; building nurturing, good quality relationships with the children; and assessing their individual strengths and struggles - and subsequently identifying their needs for a long-term placement. .

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • Demonstrate experience of working with children who have experienced adversity.
  • Experience of applying safeguarding and child protection policies and procedures.
  • Experience of direct work with children, young people and families.
  • Must hold a valid driving licence (and have access to a car) or alternatively be able to demonstrate how they can meet the mobility requirements of the post
