Job description
The role of the Residential Project Worker involves creating a living environment that provides a sense of safety, and belonging; building nurturing, good quality relationships with the children; and assessing their individual strengths and struggles - and subsequently identifying their needs for a long-term placement. .

Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Experience of direct work with children and young people under 12
- Experience of working with vulnerable children, including children who have been affected by adversity such as trauma, disability, or other disadvantage.
- Must hold a valid driving licence (and have access to a car) or alternatively be able to demonstrate how they can meet the mobility requirements of the post
- Experience of safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
Further Information
Work time as and when required, normally rota including weekends.
