Inbound Customer Service Advisor
Job description
As part of our Loyalty team you’ll receive calls from customers who are thinking about cancelling all or parts of their subscriptions. You'll also be able to discuss switching their mobile or broadband contract across to Sky and saving them money in the process. You’ll also be on hand to answer any questions they may have about their billing, our products available or any other details about their account, as well as talking about all the great TV & entertainment they'll have access too. .
Responsibilities
- As part of our Loyalty team you will receive calls from customers who are thinking about cancelling all or parts of their subscriptions.
- You will really need to get to know your customer through great conversation, to assess their needs, overcome any objections they may have and make sure they have a Sky package that suits their needs best.
- You will be able to apply offers and discounts to make sure they've got the best value package for them.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Flair for talking to people
- Motivated

- Independent
- Someone who is motivated and target driven, as this is a sales focused role
- Ideally you'll have previous experience in a sales or a targeted environment
Further Information
Work time is 8am to 8pm (Operational Hours). Bonus available of up to £250. A salary of £19,773. Incentive opportunity. Development opportunities.
