Complaints Handler

The successful Complaints Handler will investigate and resolve customer complaints and disputes whilst ensuring an enhanced customer experience. We are seeking a customer focused individual with previous complaint or dispute handling experience, ideally within an e-commerce environment. .
Responsibilities
- Treat all customers in a fair & consistent manner
- Manage the complaints process
- Responsible for all complaints / escalation cases from receipt to conclusion
- Ensure feedback is communicated to all relevant departments
- Triage complaints and ensure detailed records kept
- Responsible for trend analysis. Use complaint data & analysis to gather insight and provide reports to senior management
- Build and maintain good working relationships with customers and colleagues
- Liaise with all business areas to investigate and resolve complaints
- Handling complex inbound and outbound telephone calls and other forms of communication
- Protect company's online reputation
- Weekly report / meeting with HOCS
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Minimum 2 years experience within a complaint handling environment, including investigating customer concerns and production of final responses
- Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced, high-pressured environment
- Demonstrable experience of providing excellent customer service
- Proven ability to manage and resolve complaints
- Resilient nature and diplomacy skills
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Ability to gather detailed data and complete data analysis
- Methodical, diligent, and robust approach and attention to detail
- Understanding of sales environment and contract handling
- Excellent communication skills
