Job description
The post holder will work as part of the Business Partnering Team taking forward, as directed, projects and work outcomes arising out of Directorate workforce strategies, policies and change initiatives to improve performance. The post holder will support, under the direction of the HR Manager, Directorate Senior Management Team members in the modernisation and continuous improvement of services and ensure advice is taken from HR colleagues in relation to the possible impact of service changes on terms & conditions of staff. Responsibilities
- To work with the HR Manager to prioritise and allocate work activity arising from their Strategic Partner Directorate across team members
- To act as designated HR representative, where appropriate, and support change management and the appropriate application of the Trusts Management of Change Framework.

Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Degree in management/business related subject or CIPD qualified AND 2 years experience in a HR department at Band 5 (or equivalent) or above OR Five years experience in a Human Resource department, two of which must be in a HR role at Band 5 or above
- 2 years experience of staff supervision.
