Human Resources Business Partner
Job description
The Human Resources (HR) Business Partner will provide strategic HR advice and consultancy support to Directorates, acting as enablers of change to ensure the provision of safe, high quality patient and client care. The post holder will play a key role in facilitating the management of change within the Directorates and improving the productivity of the Trust’s workforce. Working as an integral member of the corporate HR team, the post holder will work closely with the Assistant Directors and colleagues within the HR function to ensure a seamless, responsive and co-ordinated approach to the delivery of the HR activities. The HR Business Partner will also develop and maintain key working relationships with Senior Managers in aligned Trust Directorates and other corporate business partners. Responsibilities
- Develop sound working relationships with relevant key stakeholders to ensure the effective contribution of the workforce within the strategic direction of the Trust.
- Provide specialist HR advice and support to Directorates on the workforce related implications of the Trusts Corporate Plan and Directorate Management Plans.

Worktime: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm. £47,126 - £53,219 per annum (pro-rata for part-time)
