We currently have an exciting opportunity for an on-site strong and confident HR Officer to take on this challenging role within our company. Reporting directly to the management team, the HR Officer will be tasked with assisting in the delivery of robust HR processes, procedures and systems, which are compliant with current employment legislation, company guidelines and best practice and will contribute to positive business change. Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Degree qualification OR 5 years' relevant workplace experience
• 2 years' HR generalist experience
• Strong understanding of relevant employment law
• Demonstrable use of initiative, problem-solving skills and solutions-focussed
• Competent in MS Office - Word, Excel, Powerpoint
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Team player
• Flexible and capable to meet the needs of a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Desirable Skills

• Professional HR qualification (eg at least Associate member of CIPD), or willing to achieve
• Relevant experience in manufacturing environment
