POSITION: Digital Marketing Assistant RESPONSIBLE TO: Dept Manager MAIN DUTIES: We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our busy team. The successful candidate will have experience working within a digital, marketing, sales and communications role and will have a proven record of producing engaging online and print campaigns. We require an excellent eye for detail, someone who keeps up to date with current trends and who can work to strict deadlines. .

Responsibilities

• Assist in the uploading of products to the website including product photography, copywriting, SEO and generation of related items.
• Website maintenance including daily stock uploads, monitoring of stock levels, updating banners, etc.
• Assist in creation of point of sale, retail packages, posters, and other items as dictated by management and store managers through software such as Adobe Illustrator cc.
• Assist, plan and action digital ad campaigns such as Facebook Ads and Google Ads to drive sale and deliver results.
• Assist in the creation of creatives for social media with the ability to create individually and as part of a team.
• Creation of email newsletters based on current trends and promotions.
• Provide a high level of customer service when dealing with customers online such as via Facebook Messenger and Instagram.
• Assist in the planning and implementation of product photoshoots.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Rotation of evening and weekend work may be required at various times of the year, as and when required by management.
• Qualification in Digital Marketing, Graphic Design or related discipline
• Previous experience working with graphic design packages such as the Adobe Suite 2021
• Knowledge of various social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram
• Can work under pressure and to deadlines
• Clear employment record.

Desirable Skills

• Previous experience working in a digital marketing environment
• Interest in social media and online influencers
• Knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager
• Creative flair and strong visual sense
• Interest in home interiors

Further Information

Work time: Primarily Monday - Friday.
