- Assist the head chef with food prep production and service ensuring food is served to a high standard.
- Ensure kitchen is kept clean
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Experience in a chef de parties role
- Understanding of COSHH
- Food Hygiene certificate
- NVQ level 2 food preparation
