Marketing Administrator
Job description
We are looking for an administrator who is interested in marketing, is computer literate and has a good grasp of various social media platforms. Initially a 12 week position, this could become a permanent position for the right candidate..
Responsibilities
- Undertake any administrative duties to assist in the successful running of the marketing function
- Preparing marketing collateral and required administration for the product Representatives when they are attending events and exhibitions
- Supporting the Marketing Manager in updating all current marketing collaterial, brochures and manuals to met the newest brand image
- Assisting in the preparation and delivery of email shots and dealing with responses
- Updating the company website, including SEO and content.
- Assisting in the creation of social media content. Also, scheduling and publishing content on our social media platforms
- Conducting customer surveys and compiling the results
- Customer and marketing research
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Candidates must be computer literate and familiar with Microsoft products
- Must be able to demonstration administrative and organisational skills
Desirable Skills
- Experience using WordPress to update the company website
- Experience in creating content for websites and social media
