Marketing Administrator


Job description

We are looking for an administrator who is interested in marketing, is computer literate and has a good grasp of various social media platforms. Initially a 12 week position, this could become a permanent position for the right candidate..

Responsibilities

  • Undertake any administrative duties to assist in the successful running of the marketing function
  • Preparing marketing collateral and required administration for the product Representatives when they are attending events and exhibitions
  • Supporting the Marketing Manager in updating all current marketing collaterial, brochures and manuals to met the newest brand image
  • Assisting in the preparation and delivery of email shots and dealing with responses
  • Updating the company website, including SEO and content.
  • Assisting in the creation of social media content. Also, scheduling and publishing content on our social media platforms
  • Conducting customer surveys and compiling the results
  • Customer and marketing research

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • Candidates must be computer literate and familiar with Microsoft products
  • Must be able to demonstration administrative and organisational skills

Desirable Skills

  • Experience using WordPress to update the company website
  • Experience in creating content for websites and social media

Worktime: 9am to 5.15pm
