Job description

We are recruiting for an experienced Cook , to work within our busy kitchen. You will be responsible for menu preparation, stock control, maintaining a clean & safe working environment. .

Responsibilities

  • Preparation & cooking of set menus
  • Stock control / reordering
  • Record keeping
  • Ensuring kitchen is kept to a high standard of cleanliness
  • General kitchen duties

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • An excellent knowledge of food hygiene and food preparation with Level 2 Food Safety in Catering
  • Experience in basic cooking
  • Have experience of stock control

Further Information

Work time Monday - Sunday. Flexable hours, no nights finish at 6pm each evening
