Job description
We are recruiting for an experienced Cook , to work within our busy kitchen. You will be responsible for menu preparation, stock control, maintaining a clean & safe working environment. .
Responsibilities
- Preparation & cooking of set menus
- Stock control / reordering
- Record keeping
- Ensuring kitchen is kept to a high standard of cleanliness
- General kitchen duties
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- An excellent knowledge of food hygiene and food preparation with Level 2 Food Safety in Catering
- Experience in basic cooking
- Have experience of stock control
Further Information
Work time Monday - Sunday. Flexable hours, no nights finish at 6pm each evening
