Job description
We are an established Mortgage Brokers and have a fantastic opportunity as a Mortgage Administrator to join a growing business in Belfast. This mortgage administrator role will allow you to develop in the future, with the chance of you completing certain qualifications. Full training will be provided on systems and progression opportunities. .
Responsibilities
- Seeing the mortgage case through from offer to completion.
- Regular calls and emails to conveyancers or solicitors.
- To obtain progress updates and report these to the client.
- Facilitate completion in a timely manner and help overcome any obstacles.
- Calling lenders to chase up certain documents.
- Creating mortgage packs to go out to clients.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Good level of English.
- Good telephone manner.
- Great customer service skills.
- Experience working with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Emailing.
- Experience working within Mortgages or Conveyancing would be an advantage.
