Accounts Administrator
Job description
Surfaceform is a specialised decorative finishes company we require an experienced Accounts Administrator to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the office and provide an excellent support function to the business. .
Responsibilities
- Supplier payments, bank reconciliations, CIS, RCT and PAYE and VAT returns.
- Preparing Monthly Management accounts.
- Credit control.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- The applicant must have experience using Sage Line 50.
- GCSE Math & English are essential.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word. Experience of working in an office environment.
- Must be dependable and adaptable to changing business needs.
Desirable Skills
- Good organisational and communication skills, trustworthy and self-motivated with a willingness to learn
Further Information
Days per week are negotiable and can be discussed at interview. Rate of pay will depend on experience
