Job description

Surfaceform is a specialised decorative finishes company we require an experienced Accounts Administrator to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the office and provide an excellent support function to the business. .

Responsibilities

  • Supplier payments, bank reconciliations, CIS, RCT and PAYE and VAT returns.
  • Preparing Monthly Management accounts.
  • Credit control.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • The applicant must have experience using Sage Line 50.
  • GCSE Math & English are essential.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word. Experience of working in an office environment.
  • Must be dependable and adaptable to changing business needs.

Desirable Skills

  • Good organisational and communication skills, trustworthy and self-motivated with a willingness to learn

Further Information

Days per week are negotiable and can be discussed at interview. Rate of pay will depend on experience
