Job description

Working closely with senior management you will provide key support, providing confidential assistance, business administration and operational support to help achieve business objectives. .

Responsibilities

  • Answering telephones in a professional manner and dealing with enquires, managing emails and correspondence.
  • Sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing mail & marketing materials.
  • Admin support to sales and contracts department.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • GCSE grade in English & Maths.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Excellent planning/organisational and time management skills.

Further Information

Work time Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm.
