Job description

As HR Administrator you will provide support to a large HR team. You will provide Administration support in relation to Recruitment and Selection, Employee Relations and absence management..

Responsibilities

  • You will manage the HR inbox, update the HR system accurately and efficiently, complete annual leave requests and update flexi-time.
  • As HR Administrator you will respond to confidential HR related queries and complete relevant tasks as required.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • Essentially, you will be able to demonstrate previous experience in a similar role.
  • You will be confident communicating with people via verbal and written forms and be proficient in Microsoft suite.
