Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated, organised individual to join our growing team, the successful candidate will be in charge of all our social media platforms and manage our company web page. The role will also include other inhouse admin duties. Previous experience is required for the role, which has a varied remit across both Craig Foods and Kerrs Bakery..

Responsibilities

• Managing social media.
• Dealing with customer queries.
• Maintaining website.
• Creating and delivering marketing information.
• Market research.
• Marketing campaigns.
• Production of marketing materials.
• Evaluate and monitor campaign efficiency and analyse trends.
• Attending trade shows.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Previous experience in a busy office environment.
• Strong organisational skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Packages.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately.
• Confident and highly motivated.
• Strong level of written and spoken communication.
• Ability to prioritise tasks.
• Flexible approach to work.
• Work on allocated tasks unsupervised.
• Be able to build working relationships with other professional organisations.
• Previous experience in the use of Canva & Adobe.
