HR Officer
Job description
As HR Officer, you will report directly to the HR Manager and play a key role within the HR team..
Responsibilities
- Managing the recruitment process for various positions across the business
- Assist with on-boarding of new employees,
- Review policies and procedures in line with legislative changes
- Provide practical 'hand on' HR Support to managers on employment issues
- Plan and deliver training
- Monitor and report on attendance
- Deal with all employee HR related queries
- Produce weekly and monthly reports and general HR Administration duties
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Be educated to degree standard in HR / Business related discipline
- Be able to demonstrate previous experience in the areas outlined above
- Have excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with people at all levels of the business
- Ability to work to a high level of accuracy and demonstrate attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft suite
- Hold a valid driving licence and have access to a vehicle for business use as occasional travel may be required to various UK offices and depots.
