Randox has grown significantly in recent years and continues to do so. New products have been launched, new tests developed, and we are currently increasing our network of Clinics in the UK and Ireland. As our global headcount grows, so must the Human Resources team. We have an opportunity for an individual with excellent attention to detail to join a strong, growing organisation as a HR Officer at our Ardmore site in Crumlin, Northern Ireland. The review and implementation of all company policies & procedures. .

Responsibilities

  • The review and implementation of all company policies & procedures
  • Supporting a global workforce
  • Absence management
  • Grievance/investigations
  • Disciplinary process
  • Day to day administration of the department

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • Previous experience in a Human Resources role.
  • Well organised and professional with excellent communication skills.
  • Computer literate (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
  • Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development qualification would be beneficial.
  • Minimum of 1 year's experience in employee relations.

Desirable Skills

  • Degree level qualification in a Business-related discipline, minimum 2:1
