Medical Receptionist with duties listed below. .

Responsibilities

  • General reception and office duties.
  • Provide administrative support for clinical staff and multi disciplinarians.
  • Answer telephone promptly and efficiently.
  • Deal with patient requests appts, scanning, taking requests for home visits.
  • Processing hospital correspondence and ensure correct recording on the clinical system.
  • Ensure confidentiality at all times.
  • Adhere to practice policies and procedures.
  • Any other duties required by Managment Assistant and Practice Manager.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • 5 GCSEs to include Maths and English and 2 years clerical/admin experience in an office environment or 2 years clerical/admin experience in an office.

Further Information

Worktime: Monday to Friday ranging from 8.30am to 5.30pm. Successful applicants will be notified and interviews to be held in the New Year. To apply email your CV to the employer.
